Hello... apologies for not being so active, August 2020 - January 2021 flew by, especially with all the covid-19 changes that we kept overcoming.
We opened on January 11th for children of key workers and vulnerable families and developed our online/home learning as well as creating food/care packages weekly for all families.
We have been lucky to continue to provide our service to some children and they really have shown resilience and kept us upbeat during this new lockdown. All staff have been working both in playgroup at at home, ensuring they are up to date with policies and procedures, guidelines and training opportunities. Our online/home learning has worked fantastically well, with families engaging with us through various platforms.
Today Nicola Sturgeon announced that all Early years children can return fully from Monday 22nd February which we are delighted with - and I imagine most parents and carers are too! We can't wait to welcome everyone back and get back to exactly the same status as we were before the Christmas break.
